BANANA CHIFFON CAKE

Assalamualaikum...
Petang ni ita buat kek chiffon lagi... kali ni ita buat Banana Chiffon Cake... resepi kek chifon yg sedap ni ita gi skodeng kat dapur Ancoo. Terima kasih kepada Sasha Rahmat yg memperkenalkan ita kepada blog Ancoo. Tentu cha tau minat ita terhadap kek... kan...!

Teruja sungguh ita bila masuk blog Ancoo banyak kek yg cantik dan kreatif dari Ancoo insyaallah jika diberi peluang ita akan cuba satu persatu...

Berbalik kita pada resepi banana chiffon cake ni... resepi yg sangat mudah disediakan. Kek nyer juga sangat lembut dan gebu... cuma mungkin pisang yg ita gunakan kurang manis... tapi bagi mereka yg tidak sukakan manis dan mementingkan penjagaan  kesihatan, ita rasa resepi ini sudah cukup lengkap... tapi bagi mereka yg suka manis2 boleh lah tambahkan sukatan gula dlm resepi ni...


Sebelum masuk dapur ita nak minta izin pada tuan empunyer resepi untuk coppiesss resepinyer disini... untuk rujukan ita dan kawan2... Thanks for sharingggg....it soft , fluffy n tempting. I love this cake... and it's one of my fav cake....

MyKitchen's Recipe

BANANA CHIFFON CAKE

Ingredients:
6 Egg yolks
1/4 tsp Salt
60ml Cooking oil
170g Banana puree
1/2 tsp Banana essence
50g Caster sugar
110g Plain flour
1/4 tsp Baking soda

6 Egg whites
1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
100g Caster sugar
"DO IT YOURSELF"
  • To make egg yolk batter, combine egg yolks, salt, oil, banana puree, essence and sugar in a mixing bowl. Fold in sifted flour and baking soda until forms batter.
  • To make egg white foam, beat egg whites, tartar and sugar until mixture becomes peak form.
  • Gently fold beaten egg white foam into egg yolk batter until blended.
  • Pour batter into ungreased 9" (22cm) tube pan.
  • Bake at preheated oven at 170C for about 45 minutess or until cooked.
  • Then switch temperature to lower grill and bake chiffon cake for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove chiffon cake from oven, invert mould onto table.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely before removing the cake from the mould.

Salam dan Selamat Tahun Baru Ita...moga apa yg di hajatkan di makbulkan Allah swt.
= Yatie pun suka chiffon cake..yg pisang ni tak pernah buat lagi..nak beli pisang setandanlah....pastu siaplah menu pisang je berderet.....hehehhe..
